Intellectual Property Rights

Fuelblue and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Website, videos, and downloads, and all such rights are reserved. You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

The limited license granted to you is for you only. You may not share or sell or transfer this license to any other person or organization.

Sharing Accounts

DO create your own “Free Forever” Free Trial Membership account.

DO upgrade to your own individual membership account(s) for either or both Planet Bonehead or Quantassey.

DO upgrade to (or ask your school administrators to purchase) a School/District Group Membership so that you and your colleagues can all access the program.

DO NOT share your free account. In a perfect world, I would provide educational resources to teachers for free, and pay for everything through sponsors. In order to make that happen, I need to show sponsors that there are people using the program. But if 100 teachers are all sharing one account, then it will look to them like there is only one user.

DO NOT share your paid account. This is not some big faceless corporate organization. I'm just one guy making educational programs. But I can't continue making and providing this program if people are pirating it. Thanks for understanding this.

Using the Website

DO watch Planet Bonehead and Quantassey free video clips and unit previews here on this website.

DO access our foundational Ocean Plastic Unit and Pioneers of Possibilities Unit through our Free Forever Membership.

DO access ALL our units when you choose to upgrade to a paid membership for either or both programs.

DO NOT publish any material from Fuelblue elsewhere for any reason.

DO NOT attempt to hack or infiltrate this website to gain access to protected content, or for any other reason.

Sharing Fuelblue

DO tell your friends and colleagues about Fuelblue, Planet Bonehead, and Quantassey, and let them know about the free trial.

DO share official Planet Bonehead public links (for example, pages on this website, YouTube links from the official Fuelblue channel, etc.).

DO NOT upload Fuelblue content to your own channels or platforms without prior consent.

DO NOT share or distribute or sell downloaded video files to anyone for any reason.

Refund Policy

I know what it's like to buy online and feel unsure. Paying for membership to either program is more than just a payment for content: it's an investment in critical STEAM education programs that teachers across the US are relying on.

Due to the digital nature of Planet Bonehead and Quantassey, once a purchase is made, it’s not possible to issue returns or refunds.

Your paid membership serves a dual purpose: it's your payment to access the material yourself, but more importantly, it's a contribution to help us continue production and free distribution to teachers who desperately need it.

In order to keep membership rates as low as possible, we do not have the staff or resources to process refunds. This is why we offer a Free Forever Membership free trial, rather than one that automatically charges you after a certain number of days.

Therefore, please understand that we don't offer refunds or money-back guarantees.

However, you are free to cancel any paid membership at any time to avoid future charges.

Cancellation Policy

Planet Bonehead's Free Forever Membership free trial requires no credit card in signup, and incurs no automatic charges. So you're free to access this tier membership for an unlimited time, and there is no need to cancel anything.

Paid memberships renew automatically each year, so you are free to cancel your membership at any time prior to the next recurring charge.

As an account holder, you may opt in to subscribe to our occasional emails. We send these out whenever new units are available. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any time.

Becoming a SPONSOR

A SPONSOR is an individual or organization that wishes to support this program and its mission with a monthly or annual monetary contribution. Presently, I do not have a pre-defined sponsorship program with set tiers or perks. Instead, I am open to finding people or organizations whose values align with mine, who wish to help support this endeavor.

Violation of Terms

Fuelblue reserves the right to bar anyone from this website and its content, without a refund, if you continually violate the terms laid out above.

No warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults. Though we put in every effort to provide accurate, up-to-date information, it’s possible some information on this site may be incorrect or become incorrect or irrelevant after future advancements, abilities, or discoveries.

Assignment

Fuelblue shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Fuelblue and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York for the resolution of any disputes.
