A Manifesto

Why Choose Fuelblue?

Since the very beginning, Fuelblue has championed an optimistic approach to education. Climate change, the future of our planet, humanity's place in the Universe - these are all heavy topics that even many adults have a difficult time discussing.

As a parent myself, I know firsthand how intuitive children are, and that if presented in a fun, upbeat fashion, kids can tackle just about any subject with wisdom and contagious optimism. While their grown-ups see limitations, kids of all ages see limitless possibilities.

At Fuelblue, we harness this can do attitude across all our programs, from environmental stewardship in Planet Bonehead to creative design and engineering in Quantassey.

We introduce complex issues in relatable terms, showing their impact on personal, local, and global levels.

We spotlight real-life innovators — scientists, artists, engineers — who are paving the way to solutions.

We craft our programs to be as entertaining as they are educational, featuring characters and narratives that students love.

And most importantly, we offer kids ideas for things they can do at home and school to make a real difference right now. By empowering kids, we set them up for success.

An empowered mind sees solutions.

An empowered child sees a bright future for themself, and for the world at large.

From Doom & Gloom to

Hope & Bloom

Planet Bonehead introduces young children to relevant environmental issues, and explains why these issues are important to humans.

Quantassey introduces high school students to the technical challenges and possibilities that humanity faces, fostering a deeper understanding of our impact and potential.

But it can feel like an uphill battle sometimes.

Optimism doesn't sell. Doom and gloom does.

We are inundated with the bad news that the planet is on some kind of downward trajectory toward destruction, and there's just not a darn thing we can do about it.

Year after year the predictions get worse, and the politics gets more divided and bitter.

The truth is far brighter!

There are so many scientists, engineers, creatives, and business executives working tirelessly to solve all the environmental and societal issues we face today.

My programs our designed to spotlight their work, and get kids involved NOW - preparing them to pick up the baton when they're out of school.

We have the knowledge, the technology, and the will to solve all our issues. It's up to the people who come next.

And that's today's students!

My Mission

To inspire and empower a new generation of thinkers and innovators, ready to tackle our future challenges through creativity and science.

Our mission isn't merely to discuss important issues with kids but to transform how these discussions are had. We aim to inspire and equip a new generation of thinkers, creators, and stewards.

Through engaging narratives and immersive experiences in programs like Planet Bonehead and Quantassey, we demonstrate the marvels of our world and the potential within every learner to contribute meaningfully to its future.

It's not just about learning - it's about shaping the future.

Isn’t that something we can all get behind?

I’m Bobby Donohue

I empower educators to explore the intersections of art, science, and technology.

Teaching complex STEAM topics is a challenge, especially when resources, knowledge, and support are scarce.

Through inspiring videos, lessons, and activities, I help you introduce students to groundbreaking ideas in a clear and engaging way. My resources ignite curiosity and prepare students for a future where imagination and science converge to solve real-world problems.

Oh, and I know most “free trials” are risky, so my Free Forever Membership gives you full access to select units of Planet Bonehead and Quantassey with no credit card or cancellation required. Hope that helps.
